R obert received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama and has an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University.

He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States Tax Court.

Bob is a member of the Mobile County and American Bar Associations, the Alabama State Bar and the Mobile Estate Planning Council.
